We are so proud of Kathryn for turning her passion for crochet into a meaningful community service project. 💜
Throughout her senior year at AHS, Kathryn dedicated her time and creativity to building Crochet for the Cause, a welcoming and inclusive community club where people of all ages and experience levels can gather, build friendships, and create handmade items that are donated to local charities.
And she’s not stopping there! Kathryn plans to continue the club while attending college, keeping her passion for crochet and community service going wherever her next chapter takes her.
Want to join the fun? Upcoming meetings are scheduled for August 25, September 29, October 27, November 24 & December 29 (last Tuesday of each month) from 5-7 p.m. in the AHRL Community Room. 🧶
